To our knowledge USPS is almost back to normal for delivery time frames, however this last year has taught me that could change any moment without notice. On our end we make every effort to get your packages out to you asap, we only buy a shipping label the day we go to the post office, and we personally take all packages to our local post office and watch them scan each one before leaving.
We cannot be held accountable for shipping delays. That process is out of our control. We will however work with you once a package has been late or "in transit" 20 days past its original shipping arrival date.
FYI: USPS cannot give Us more info than what is available on their site (My post office manager sounds like a broken record every time I ask). They will NOT guarantee ANY shipping dates at this time nor will they refund anything that has not been insured or been lost or missing 30 days past the original shipping arrival date.) This includes Priority Mail, if a total weight of a package/order exceeds 15 ounces we must pay for Priority, which back in the good old days was 2-3 days guaranteed, that is no longer the case, even though they have not changed what their policy states on commercials, advertising or their website, they will not refund shipping prices for any reason caused by delay, only a lost (must be lost for 30 days or longer) or damaged package (items) that has been INSURED and all affidavits and postal documents filled out and submitted.
GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY BELOW:
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from purchase (unless a custom order or bracelet resize has been requested). If for any reason it will be longer we will communicate with you. If you purchase an item on Friday in most cases it will NOT ship until Monday (unless a Holiday the will ship on Tuesday). But please always check with us if you need in a hurry.
Normal shipping time (in the United States) for First Class Mail is 1-10 business days. Priority Mail is 1 to 3 business days. Please remember once packaged is processed and accepted at USPS(United States Postal Service) WE HAVE NO CONTROL OF PACKAGE OR CONTENTS OR SHIPPING UPDATES. ***Pandemic, Mother Nature and Weather delays may also change shipping times and USPS will in most cases NOT notify either party***
In the event you need an item within 3 days I highly recommend you paying for the priority service. I wish these things were in OUR control but once the order leaves my hands I have no control over the package.
***Please verify that you used the correct address with your payment. Otherwise we will NOT be responsible for items that are redirected due to an incorrect address. If you have given us an incorrect address or Etsy somehow has the incorrect address, and something is sent back to us, and it needs to be reshipped YOU (the customer) will need to PAY for shipping again.
International Orders take an "average" of 7-10 days but some take an average of 6 weeks. Depending on the country and the time of year. Once your package is mailed out, the tracking information will be sent. Please be aware once package leaves Sacred Rock Stars we have no control on transit or times.
Insurance protects your items from damage and being lost. Insurance is up to $100, add this to your cart for a little piece of mind.
Signature confirmation means your signature is required for your package to be delivered. Perfect for apartment or condo situations or in areas where you are afraid of items being stolen, this is an additional cost to the buyer.
These options are only available for domestic shipping within the USA.
All shipments that are sent Priority Mail via USPS automatically are insured for $100.00. If you are unsure how your item is being shipped please send us a message.
We do not make money on shipping. Please know if you over pay in shipping we will refund the over payment to you within 7 days of the item shipping. At this time we are unable to do reserved listings due to shipping cost. Know you can always email us to for any questions and we do our best to respond in a timely manner.
We do not automatically insure the items we send, as we work hard to keep our costs as low and affordable as possible. ALL of our orders ship via USPS First Class Mail with a tracking # unless items weigh over a pound then they are shipped Priority Mail with tracking & $100 insurance.
Sacred Rock Stars, LLC & Our Family is responsible for your order until it reaches the Post Office (USPS), UPS or FEDEX, once accepted the package and its contents are out of our control and no longer our responsibility. 99% of the time there are no shipping issues.
You can feel confident that your items are securely wrapped and packaged and all boxes and packages are clearly marked FRAGILE on all sides. We take great pride in our shop and want all our customers to be happy :) If your items are damaged and you did not purchase insurance we will do our best to make the situation right, however the cost of shipping will not be refunded.

You will also be asked to fill out a claim form (required by U-PIC Insurance Services on behalf of Etsy's USPS Postage partner, DYMO Endicia). Once these two steps are completed we will happily give you a full refund or ship new products your way. We must be notified within 4 days of delivery and all pictures and claims must be filed with 2 weeks.

USPS is now claiming you cannot consider a package lost until it has been missing 30 days passed the original arrival date. Please email us for questions and we will do our best to help you.
If you see something that you like but cannot afford all at once, we are willing to work out a payment plan. A non refundable deposit of at least 10% may also be arranged in order to hold a piece for you and we typically will hold up to 60 days :)

Once a product ships we DO NOT refund shipping charges, if for any reason we agree to accept a returned or a refused package occurs there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted before refund and ALL shipping charges DO NOT get refunded.
Damaged items, please inspect all items upon arrival, if for any reason your package appears to be damaged, please take pictures and contact us immediately within 48 hours of opening. All jewelry and handmade items come with free lifetime repair, you will simply need to pay for shipping back to us and then back to you. Please know some beads, crystals, charms or items may be one of a kind, I will do my best to accommodate the replacement.
